My wife and I both have some back issues, so I thought we'd try something to help alleviate some pressure and maybe make things a little more comfortable for both of us. I was nervous because of the cheap price tag, so we bought two different pillows in case this one wasn't any good. Having tried it a few times now, I wish I had bought one years ago. It's been so good thatb we haven't even tried the other one yet. This is surprisingly sturdy (while still being soft/comfortable) and it really helps create more comfortable angles which allows us both to just relax and enjoy each other. I'm 220 lbs and it held me and my wife just fine despite.... how can I phrase this... us not being particularly gentle. If I had to buy this again and the price went up to $200, I wouldn't bat an eye at that price. Stop reading the reviews and buy one now.

My Girl and I had talked about this product a few years ago but never got around to getting it. What a mistake. Usage.....OMFG her back didn't hurt my knees didn't hurt the support was amazing the elevation was just right. Did I mention I wished we had bought this years ago? Would i recommend? 1000% yes can I give it 7 stars? I wish I could as it is worth at least that if not more. Excellent product, cant rate it high enough. If you don't own one and are wondering if it is worth it then YES IT IS and why haven't you already added it to your cart.
